Block Board

These are manufactured from optimum quality plantation Timbers. Logs are converted into battens in a numerous ripsaw. Then the battens are inserted between glued mechanically dried veneers, and pressed under accurate temperature & pressure in hot press with the treatment of planks and poisoning of glue line. Further, finished block board's preservative treatment make the Benzer Block Board sturdy and safe against borers.

Benzer Block Board (with Poplar Core Battens)

Benzer Block Board is accessible in Moisture Resistant (MR) grade and Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) grade.

The Benzer Block Board (with Gurjan Core & Imported Pine Wood) is imported from New Zealand, and the battens are used for block board filling. The battens are treated with chemicals to prevent borer & termite attack. Assembled block-boards are hot pressed with Gurjan core.
In order to manufacture water-proof block boards, the battens are coated with PF resin for extra strength.
